  • 1.5 Cup or 180g of Pearl Millet or Ragi flour

  • 1 Cup or 80 g of Oats flour

  • 1 Cup or 3-4 Ripe Bananas mashed

  • 1 Cup or 100 gm Jaggery Powder

  • 0.5 Cup or 100 ml Vegetable Oil

  • 0.5 Cup or 100 g Curd

  • 0.5 cups Walnuts chopped

  • Chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence


Instructions:


  • Mash the ripe bananas to a smooth consistency.

  • Mix in the jaggery, oil, curd and essence until well combined.

  • Mix the millet and oats flour with baking soda and baking powder.

  • Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients to form a smooth batter.

  • Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.

  • Pour the batter into a greased pan and sprinkle some more walnuts and chocolate chips.

  • Bake until golden brown and aromatic. Bake it at 180C for about 20-30 min.
